The patent suits in the mobile communication industry

Companies are placed in the center which have many incoming suits.

Google distributes the royalty free Android OS(a variation of Linux) to many smartphone makers which does not show in the figure. Apple and Google have settled their litigation over smartphone patents. The two companies have agreed to work together in some area of patent reform.
